but Shingetsu came before most of them and still does it better. This is by a wide margin one of my favorite restaurants! Their fish is always fresh, and the decor is pretty trendy. Overall, the atmosphere is great. The serve liquor now too, though I haven't sampled that yet. My 2 favorite rolls are the "Spicy Shiromi" roll, and the "Shrimp Abri" (Torch) roll. Both nice and spicy! And the torch roll is partically cooked by an actual blowtorch. Where else could you get that?!?
